WEICON快速易混合型PE-PP 45是一款以丙烯酸甲酯為基礎 成分的雙組份結構膠，尤其適用於惰性塑膠（例如PE，PP和 TPE）的高強度結構粘接

表面預處理

為了達到完美的粘接效果，待粘接的物體表面必須保持潔淨、乾燥（可事先使用表面清潔劑進行預處理）。對粘接表面進行粗糙處理能夠提高粘接效果。操作WEICON易混合型產品的混合工作可借助攪拌膠嘴直接完成。最初擠出的5釐米膠水應棄置。僅需將粘合劑塗抹於待粘接表面的其中一面即可。本資料中所提供的可加工時間是10ml膠水在室溫條件下的測試結果。若材料用量大於該數值，固化時間會縮短。更高的環境溫度也會縮短固化時間（根據經驗，以室溫為基準，環境溫度每增加10°C，可操作時間和固化時間將減半）。

儲藏方式:

儲藏在0°C至+4°C的溫度環境中可保存6個月，在+20°C至+25°C的溫度環境中可保3個月。
